Hi I’m Kelsey.

Welcome! I’m a body-mind therapist, yoga teacher, and registered social worker who helps women navigate life transitions, relationships, and parenthood with more ease and clarity.

I’m trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and I work through an attachment-based, polyvagal lens. Together, we’ll explore how stress shows up in the body, build boundaries that protect your energy, and use somatic and mindfulness tools that truly support change.

I bring warmth, humor, and a bit of tough love to this work—helping you reconnect with your voice, break intergenerational patterns, and align your life with what matters most.
